Directions: One pump is all you need!  After washing hair with Shampoo + Body Wash, use a small amount of conditioner as needed & massage into hair and scalp. Rinse with warm water. 

Ingredients: Water, Xanthan Gum, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sunflower Oil, Stearic Acid, Glyceral Stearate, Lauryl/Myristyl Polyrinicinoleate and Glycerin, Nipaguard, Lavender Essential Oil
